We built a marketplace where landlords and tenants deal directly, with Stripe Connect for payments and Claude generating lease agreement drafts from listing and tenant details.
Outcome
Settlerspace's direct marketplace and AI-assisted lease drafting are built and functioning, with the studio continuing to harden the payment flow.
